Vidago Palace Golf Course

Vidago Palace Golf Course is set within the grounds of the magnificent Belle Époque palace hotel of Vidago in the Trás-os-Montes region of northern Portugal. Designed by Philip Mackenzie Ross and originally opened in 1936, the course was fully renovated by Cameron & Powell and reopened in 2010. Threading through centuries-old oak and chestnut woodland with the palace visible throughout the round, it offers one of the most atmospherically unique golf experiences in Portugal — a course of genuine historic charm, serene natural beauty and well-crafted strategic challenge.
