1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to DGE Golf (“DGE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website at dge.golf and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

DGE Golf is a golf travel discovery and planning platform that provides:

• A curated database of golf destinations, courses, regions, hotels, and villas worldwide.
• An AI-powered Journey Designer (“quiz”) that generates personalized golf trip recommendations based on your preferences.
• Curated golf travel packages combining course access, accommodation, and ancillary services.
• A concierge service for bespoke trip planning and booking assistance.

DGE Golf acts as a travel intermediary. Final booking confirmations for third-party services (e.g., tee times, hotel rooms) are subject to availability and the terms of the respective supplier.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of DGE Golf — including order history, saved trips, and personalized recommendations — you may create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.
• Notify us immediately at concierge@dge.golf if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Bookings & Payments

When you purchase a package or service through DGE Golf, the following terms apply:

• All prices displayed are in the currency specified (USD or EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a confirmation email from DGE Golf.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the specific package or service booked. The applicable policy will be clearly stated at the time of booking. As a general guideline:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee of 5%.
• 30–60 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking value.
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
• Force majeure: In cases of extraordinary events (natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a credit for a future trip.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to concierge@dge.golf.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the DGE Golf platform — including text, images, graphics, destination descriptions, course information, software, and the overall design — is the property of DGE Golf or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (e.g., screenshotting a course page for your own trip planning) is permitted.

7. Acceptable Use

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful or disruptive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or backend infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when communicating with our team.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from our platform without permission.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

Our platform may reference or link to third-party websites, suppliers, or services (golf courses, hotels, airlines, etc.). DGE Golf is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Engaging with any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The DGE Golf platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Destination and course information is curated in good faith but may be subject to change without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DGE Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any booked travel service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to DGE Golf in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where DGE Golf is registered.
