Porto Santo is the second inhabited island of the Madeira archipelago. It is located in the Atlantic Ocean, in the extreme southwest of Europe and just 500 km from the African coast and 1000 km from Europe, an hour and a half flight from the city of Lisbon.
The Island is bathed by turquoise waters, and its main feature is the beach of fine, golden sand that stretches for 9 km, inviting you to sunbathe and swim in the sea.
