About Ardglass Golf Club
Ardglass Golf Club is well known for extending a warm welcome to its visitors who come from all parts of the world. Many of them make a point of playing Ardglass while visiting Royal County Down Golf Course at Newcastle or Royal Portrush Golf Course on the North Coast.
In 2016 Ardglass embarked on a 5 year Course Development plan along with Ken Kearney of Ken Kearney Golf Design. As off December 2019 we are currently 50% complete with 9 holes having been completed. This consists of new links style re-vetted bunkers throughout, new teeing areas, new practice facilities and more recently the discussion on new green complexes. Ardglass continues to re-invest in the Golf Course and look forward to the completion of the 5 year plan. All works to the course are carried out over the winter periods with no restrictions in place May through September.
