About Majda Tunisia
La Cigale Tabarka Golf is a pleasant combination of coastline, forest, sand dunes and greenery in very scenic surroundings, and has an 18-hole course and a practice range.
In fact, the 110 hectares of the golf course, are on the seafront and stretch on a four-kilometre beach, surrounded by pine trees, eucalyptus and oak trees; seven of the eighteen holes were designed between the sand dunes of the magnificent beach of the La Cigale Tabarka Golf; one of the rare golf courses in the world which has seven holes on the beach.
The unique soil and vegetation of Tabarka in combination with its pine and oak forest and its beach sand dunes remind us of iconic golf courses such as the Algarve in Portugal, Pebble Beach in California or the famous Links of Scotland.
This gem was designed by Ronald Fream an internationally renowned architect and a Senior Member of the American Society of Golf Course Architects, his talent and the natural predisposition of the location contributed to the success of the project.
