Albarella is the island where you can do sports immersed in nature, it is the protected dimension for families and not only, to live a surprising and active experience, in total relaxation. In the heart of the Po Delta Natural Park, connected to the mainland by a bridge and a scenic 11 km long embankment road, the island extends for 528 hectares covered by Mediterranean scrub, with 2 million trees of 150 different tree species, including the maritime pine and the white poplar, the “Populus Alba”, from which the island takes its name. 100% of the surface, both terrestrial and aquatic, is under strict environmental protection. The island is the natural habitat of deer, pheasants, hares, herons, marsh harriers, black-winged stilts and egrets that roam freely around the island. Close to the beach of fine sand, the hotel has 86 units including 23 double comfort rooms, some accessible to disabled people, 37 junior suites each measuring 60 m2, some accessible to disabled people, 13 junior suites with sea view, 3 elegant suites, 10 exclusive luxury junior suites with Jacuzzi on the terrace. The units have a balcony or equipped garden and allow you to enjoy your holiday in very large and comfortable spaces.
