Portmarnock Golf Club

One of Ireland’s most famous and highly regarded links golf courses. It sits on a narrow sandy peninsula, with the Irish Sea on three sides, giving it an exposed, coastal setting that is central to its character. The course is known for its natural terrain, firm fairways and ever- changing winds, which make conditions challenging but fair. The course is a classic links layout, built into natural dunes with minimal artificial shaping. It is one of Ireland’s oldest championship venues and has hosted multiple Irish Opens, Walker Cup matches and major amateur championships
