Officially opened in 2002, it was immediately designated as Golf Digest’s “Best New International Course”. A true seaside Links course, built among towering natural sand dunes, it is known for its dramatic setting where the Atlantic Ocean comes into play on many holes. Originally designed by Greg Norman and later redesigned by Martin Hawtree, it is widely regarded as one of Ireland’s most scenic modern Links courses. The course layout features a single loop of 9 holes out and 9 back.
