Each of our 108 bedrooms and suites (13 in The Manor House and 95 in the new wing) is individually appointed with the finest in interior design and comfort. Many of the manor house suites have sweeping views of the 18th century parkland and lakes. The resort has 108 rooms, 31 self-catering residences, a Spa and Leisure Club while we also offer five dining options: Terre, our Michelin Star Restaurnt under the management of Chef Patron Vincent Creprel, Canopy Restaurant and Brasserie serving modern Irish cuisine with Kevin Burke being the Executive Chef incharge, The Clubhouse offers a lighter dining option and our Knights Bar offers an historival ambient atmosphere for all to enjoy, the relaxed yet elegant surrounds. In the village, we can offer you an authentic irish experience in the Hunted Hog Traditional Irish Pub.

There is a myriad of possibilities for outdoor pursuits and activities including, golf, the driving range, tennis courts, archery, croquet on the lawn, laser clay pigeon shooting, or kayacking. Guests can also choose to take a stroll around the beautiful formal gardens or a walk through the adjacent Castlemartyr Wood. Golfers will be challenged when playing the 18-hole Ron Kirby designed inland links-style golf course. The Castlemartyr Golf Resort is an 18 hole, 6,728 yd, Par 72, inland links style course set in an old manor estate in East Cork. It is the creation of renowned golf course designer Ron Kirby, whose credentials were honed on such Irish masterpieces as Dromoland Castle, the Old Head, and Mount Juliet, as well as Gleneagles in Scotland. In Castlemartyr Mr. Kirby has developed an inland links style course that creates a visually pleasing yet testing experience. The course is designed to be challenging and pleasurable for players of any caliber. Castlemartyr Golf Club provides first class service across all aspects of the golf spectrum, from the course, to the Club House and Pro Shop.
