Le Golf National – Albatros Course

Few public golf venues anywhere in the world carry the weight of history that Le Golf National commands. Host to the 2018 Ryder Cup, the 2024 Paris Olympic Games golf competition, the 2022 World Amateur Team Championships, and 30 editions of the French Open, this is a course that has shaped the narrative of the modern European game. Owned by the French Golf Federation and open to all golfers, Le Golf National is a member of the European Tour Destinations network. The legendary Albatros Course — designed by Hubert Chesneau and Robert von Hagge — is a stadium-style championship layout of rare intensity, situated within easy reach of both Paris and Versailles. The companion Aigle Course provides an excellent prelude to the Albatros challenge.
